Ordering & Shipping FAQs

Where do you ship?

We ship to all U.S. business and residential addresses. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally, but our online system doesn’t support it. Please call us at 1-845-658-7181 with your shipping address for a custom quote.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order wooden racks and cooling units require 2–4 weeks. Custom wine cellars may take 2–8 weeks.

How do I know when my order is shipping?

You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping updates via email. Freight shipments will require a delivery appointment and confirmation by phone.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 30 days of the ship date for a replacement or resolution.

Returns & Warranty FAQs

Can I return my wine rack?

Most small-capacity racks and accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Call us for return authorization.

Are custom products returnable?

Custom wine cellars, stained items, and certain commercial racking are not returnable due to their made-to-order nature.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Call us to request a return authorization or parts replacement. We may ask for photos or return of the item before processing a refund or replacement.

Is there a restocking fee?

Some items, such as wire retail fixtures, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be communicated during the return process.

What warranty do you offer?

Wooden wine racks carry a limited lifetime warranty. Commercial racks have a 5-year warranty. Hardware like hinges has a 1-year warranty. VintageView racking is covered by a separate lifetime warranty.

What personal information do you collect?

We collect information you provide during ordering, including name, address, email, and payment info, plus some automatic data (like cookies and IP address) to improve your experience.

Do you share my information?

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with third-party services necessary to complete your order, such as shipping and payment providers.

What if my item is damaged or defective?Is my payment info secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption for secure transactions. Only the last 5 digits of your credit card are visible on order confirmations.

Can I opt out of marketing emails?

Yes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly to be removed from our list.
