We opened our retail store in November of 2011. We shopped around many different websites but Wineracks.com had the best prices and quality of anything we found. The customer service was amazing. They really helped us through the design process and layout of the racks in our store. They sent us several computer generated design mockups and revised them until we were happy with a final layout of the racks.
Wineracks.com made sure all our racks came from the same lot of wood to ensure consistency. Southern Wine & Spirits Loves Us!
Please find attached some pictures of the wine racks in our Palm Desert, California location. When they first arrived I was very concerned about the ease in assembly. After unpacking and organizing the pieces it proved to be a very easy undertaking. It was really only four steps and the entire construction time was about 3/4's of a day for one man. We ordered the unfinished wood which, candidly, concerned many people, but after they were assembled we have received nothing but positive reviews as to their look. I am very happy with your product and it hopefully will become an ongoing part of future Direct Warehouse Sales stores we open.
Your guidance through the ordering and shipping process was invaluable in getting this store open on time. If you had not babysat us through the process we might not have been open on June 1st. I included one picture of our Southern Wine and Spirits logo on the floor next to the wine racks because I think it adds to the look of the store.
