Office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday

Our offices will be closed:

November 22nd & 23rd for the Thanksgiving Holiday

December 24th & 25th for the Christmas Holiday

January 1, 2013 for the New Years Holiday

The last day of shipping before Christmas is December 21 (this includes online Gift Certificates).  To ensure holiday delivery, we recommend you order no later than December 14.

Currently, we are running at a 3 week production lead time for Wood Commercial Rack, Advantage Cellar Series racks,  Premium Cellar Series racks and Premium Series Combos, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.  We build those racks to order for you, so it takes extra time during the busy holiday season.
