It is always a joy to see a wine cellar come together. We received some fantastic pictures from a customer in Michigan of what his room looked like before our wine racks were installed and what it looks like afterward. Needless to say, these photos and his kind words certainly made our day!
I recently decided to expand my wine cellar because I ran out of room in my racking and boxes were accumulating on the floor.
I went back to WineRacks.com, as I was happy with their product when I built the cellar a few years ago. I had both timing and technical issues to get the project done quickly before the Thanksgiving holiday dinner we were hosting. WineRacks.com did not disappoint.
Their customer service, craftsmen and executive staff all got involved in problem solving and advice to help me get the project done on time. It came out great, and I am thankful for both the quality of their products and their concern for the customer who will use them. I will be a customer for life!
Nothing like a positive email from a former customer to start your day off right! We received these photos of a satisfied client’s wine cellar along with the kind words below.
The racks came out beautifully. Attached are some finished pictures. I was very impressed with your customer service. I have recommended your product to several others.
Thanks Alan! We’re glad you enjoy your wine racks and we hope they serve you well for many years to come.
Alan went with our premium series in mahogany. This wood is naturally decay and moisture resistant which makes it one of our most popular wood choices. You can find mahogany wine racks and more in our online store.
If you like what you see but are unsure of what will work in your space then you can always request a custom design. We proudly offer these designs free of charge to our potential customers.
Also, if you’ve purchased a rack or installed a custom cellar from us and would like to be featured in our blog then don’t hesitate to e-mail me at Shannon@wineracks.com.
We’ve featured plenty of our residential wine racks over the past few months but this week the focus is one our commercial wine racks.
We recently did a commercial build for Hugo’s Family Marketplace, a family-owned chain of supermarket grocery stores located in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. Two of the new stores they will be opening will be furnished with our Single Tier Island Merchandisers in hardwood mahogany.
We’re proud that our “Made in the US” racks are now in such a fantastic, family run store!

Nothing makes us happier at WineRacks.com than a satisfied customer! This is a cellar that I personally worked on for a gentleman by the name of Gary out of California. It was one of the first sales I made which makes seeing it come together so beautifully even more fulfilling. What is even better is that Gary is pleased with his cellar and says he’s “very happy with the way it came out.”
Thanks Gary and we hope you enjoy your cellar for years to come!
What an honor it was to see our wine racks appear on last night’s episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. We take a lot of pride in our products and moments like this make it all worth it.
We were especially flattered to see that Kathryn Erbe (Detective Eames) live chatted during the episode and said that our racks were beautiful. Thanks Kathryn!
The episode, entitled Trophy Wine, was the fifth episode of Law & Order: CI’s final season and can be purchased for your viewing pleasure through sites such as iTunes. Reruns will also air at a later date on the USA Network so you can also check your local listings.
In the meantime, here are some screen shots of our racks from the episode.
If you like what you saw, you can purchase racks just like the ones that appeared in last night’s Law & Order: Criminal Intent right on our website. We always offer free residential shipping within the United States and we’re more than happy to offer free custom design when needed.
Thanks again to those who watched our wine racks in their starring roll last night and to everyone at Law & Order: Criminal Intent for having us be a part of their final season.
