We recently worked with a design builder out of Ohio to provide them with just the racks they needed for a client’s home. The ease of our online shopping experience along with the stellar customer service they received over the phone left them with a great experience that they later shared with us in the testimonial below:

We purchased wine racks for a wine cellar that we designed for one of our clients. I used the WineRacks website to help aid in the design and was able to design the space with all standard items. When I had a question about the product, the estimated time to complete or delivery the staff was on top of things and very helpful. Communications was very good with a high level of professionalism.

It is always great to hear these sorts of things from customers and we look forward to providing this sort of experience to many future customers.

For a limited time only, you can save 20% on any oak rack from small capacity to residential to commercial. Discount is already applied so no need for coupon codes. As always, these racks are Made in America.

This care to detail in both the design and production stages lent itself well to a job we did recently for a Mr. Wurz. Mr. Wurz contacted us through our online questionnaire and needed some assistance in determining what would work best for his space. We know many home owners who want to put in a wine cellar aren’t sure where to start and there’s nothing wrong with that. After all, that’s what we’re here for!

Our sales director Mark Karpinski assisted Mr. Wurz with a free consultation and design. Together they decided to include a mixture of both our custom, mahogany wood racks and the VintageView wall mounted wine racks.

The end result is the cellar you see above and the satisfied testimonial below.

We had a small, odd-shaped, unfinished room in our basement and we didn’t know what to do with it. After some thinking, my wife and I decided to turn it into a wine cellar. A friend of mine who works closely with builders in the area suggested Wineracks.com. I sent Mark Karpinski the dimensions of the room and together, we came up with a wine rack design for the room. Mark was patient with me as I reviewed several designs and made changes. We eventually came up with a design that fit the room and looked great.

I had never done a project like this before so I had a lot to learn. As always, the project took longer than I thought it would but it was a side project I did when I had time. I am very happy with the results and want to thank Mark and Wineracks.com for their help in the successful completion of this project.
